You may access certain free content and tools without registration. Access to additional tools, premium resources, or the Ira fundraising assistant may require you to create an account, subscribe, or pay a fee.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services and digital products are available for purchase via one-time payment or subscription. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and all transactions are subject to Stripe’s own terms and policies.

• All fees are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions, if offered, will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing date.

• You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting us.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and generally not issued for digital goods once accessed.

4. AI Services and User Input

When using Ira (our AI fundraising assistant), you may input data including startup descriptions, pitch content, or fundraising details. While Ira is trained to provide helpful responses, it is a tool—not legal, financial, or investment advice.

We do not store your chat input beyond the scope of the session unless explicitly stated. All generated content should be reviewed and validated by you before being shared or used externally.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, branding, and original materials provided by Startup Strategies are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective creators.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share paid content without express permission.

Limited personal and commercial use is permitted under the following conditions:

• You may use tools or templates in your own fundraising efforts

• You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute any proprietary materials

6. Disclaimers

Startup Strategies is not a financial advisor, law firm, or venture fund.

Nothing provided through our content, tools, or AI should be considered legal, investment, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided.

All services are provided “as-is” and without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startup Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the applicable service in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior.
